Lawyer and specialist lawyer for tenancy law and residential property law
Lawyer Kranich is the founder and owner of the law firm Kranich & Associates. Before that, he worked for several years in various law firms, primarily in real estate law, and then went into business for himself. He is committed to tenancy law, residential property law and building law, the regulations of which can have direct significance for the legal relationships between the real estate industry and the personal living space of each individual. His professional interest is in actively shaping the legal and living conditions of his clients according to their wishes. His empathy helps him to understand the concerns of his clients in the individual appreciation and to preserve them in his work. He is married and lives in Berlin with his wife and children. Among other things, he supports the SOS Children’s Village.
Lawyer Kalefeld studied law at Bielefeld University. After she had passed her first state examination in law at the OLG Hamm, she moved to Berlin for her legal clerkship. The elective position of her legal preparatory service, which she completed for the Foreign Office in the Permanent Mission of the FRG to the OECD, took her to Paris for a few months. This was followed by the second state examination at the Berlin Higher Regional Court. Between 2014 and 2016, attorney Kalefeld successfully completed both the specialist lawyer course in tenancy and residential property law as well as the specialist lawyer course in construction and architectural law. Since she was admitted to the bar in 2014, she has worked in various law firms, including real estate law at KNH Rechtsanwälte Berlin from 2015 to 2018. Attorney Kalefeld also gained experience in other areas of law, such as civil service law (2018 to 2019 law firm Schmid-Drachmann Ribet Buse & Partner), labor and social law or corporate and contract law in correspondingly specialized law firms. Kalefeld has been employed by the law firm Kranich & Kollegen Rechtsanwälte since 2021. Lawyer Kalefeld supports Amnesty-International. She also corresponds in English and French.
Assessor jur. Banna studied law at the Humboldt University in Berlin. During his studies he already focused on real estate law. After successfully completing the first state examination in law, Mr. Banna completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court in Berlin, including positions at the Senate Department for Urban Development and Housing and at a tenancy law firm. He completed the second state examination in law in 2019. He gained his first practical experience as a fully qualified lawyer in a Berlin traffic law firm. He is also a property manager. Mr. Banna is fluent in Arabic.
